What’s better than a cash prize?!?
I mean, I guess PR’s are pretty cool too…Join us October 26th, 2019 at The Dayton Strength Expo. The event will be capped at 60 lifters, and all levels of lifters are welcome.
There will be a $500 cash prize for overall men’s and women’s winners, as well as prizes for second and third place overall.

Any lifter, Male or Female, 13 Years of age or older, with an active USAW Membership.
Ensure you have a copy of your USAW Membership Info during weigh-ins. You can check on the status of a current USAW Membership Here.

All Gear a must meet USAW rules and specs and all lifters must wear Singlets.
