*All Memberships carry the following payment terms: $59 Sign-Up fee for all new members, Billing is Pre-Paid every 4-Weeks (aka a Cycle), Min-Term is 3-Billing-Cycles before any downgrades or cancellations. Payments are made using a valid Credit or Debit-Card, additional OH Sales-Tax (7.5% for Montgomery County) applies to all Gym-Memberships, Cancellations require a $39 fee.
