Ready to learn new skills and get sweaty this summer?
Join us May 26th, 2018 for a six week bootcamp...and guess what?!? You do not have to be physically present in the gym to participate!
In house classes will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at Noon!
For you out of house folks, there will be weekly videos explaining the workouts, movement demos, a Facebook group for any questions, and live chats.
As an extra bonus, besides the focus on high intensity movement and skill development, we will also be discussing proper nutrition for your body!

Cost of Registration:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at Noon!
We will focus on running technique, bracing, proper execution of the air squat, push-up, pull-ups, and hinging from the hip. Workouts will be 60 mins. in length, featuring a dynamic warm-up, skill development, a high-intensity portion, and mobility work following.
