We've built our Barbell Club Memberships so that anyone can come, pay one price, and get access to incredible Coaching & Training in a small-group setting. We offer over 55-Hours of Coached Classes per week at our Downtown, Dayton facility. Training true-beginners through National Level Athletes in a supportive (and at times competitive) group setting. All you need to do is show-up, and our Coaches will take care of the rest...

Hustle Dayton (Fitness Sport) Classes

Hustle is a core Strength & Conditioning program focusing on learning the basics of Training and Fitness. Hustle training uses movements from Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Movement Mechanics, and Gymnastics to prepare your body for the real world. If you are new to training, a bit intimidated, or just want to become the most badass human you can. Then this is the class to start with.

Hustle Athlete FocusBeginner to Intermediate Athletes, and Advanced Athletes needing additional Athleticism & Conditioning. Each class is fully led in a small group personal training style setting beginning with a dynamic warm-up, exercise explanation, demo session, assistance work, and conditioning! Beginners will learn how to brace, hinge from the hip, air squat, and utilize the muscles of the upper back correctly.

Weightlifting Club Classes

Run by the Dayton Weightlifting Club (USAW Club) staff of Level-1 and 2 certified Coaches. This program uses Nationally & Internationally proven training methods to teach the fundamentals of the Snatch & Clean-and-Jerk, and prepare more advanced Athletes for Weightlifting Competition.

Weightlifting Athlete FocusBeginner to Intermediate Athletes, and Advanced Athletes preparing for competition. Each class is coached in a small group personal training style. Each class begins with active warm up, technique demonstration, repetition training, and supplemental training. Beginners receive additional focus on technique and performance of the lifts. Advanced Athletes preparing for competition may be on separate programs as dicatated by their Coaches.

Research & Development Program

Powerlifting Club Classes

The sport of the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Whether you're just looking to have a bigger Bench press, or preparing for National Level Powerlifting competition -- We got you.

Powerlifting Club Athlete FocusBeginner to Intermediate Athletes, and Advanced Athletes preparing for competition. Each class is led by Coaches who lead the group through active warm ups, exercise demos, technical queueing, and accessory training. Groups are broken up based on maximal lifts, size, and skill level. Beginners receive additional focus on technique and performance of the lifts. Advanced Athletes preparing for competition may be on separate programs as dictated by their Coaches.

Self-Defense & Fitness Classes

We offer Self-Defense & Fitness classes (seasonally) based on the principles of Boxing, Kickboxing, and Krav Maga. These classes are offered based on Coach availability and may change seasonally.

Self-Defense Athlete FocusBeginner to Intermediate Athletes. Each class is coached in a small group personal training style. Each class begins with active warm up, technique demonstration, repetition training, scenario drills, and finishes with conditioning.

Open Gym Training

All Club Memberships include Open-Gym access during class hours. For when you need to get in some extra training outside of class, or just don't want to jump into a class that day.

Our Open-Gym hours are expected to expand to 18-Hours per day in Winter of 2018.
