This time we're talking about my general training goals for Powerlifting. What I'm focused on for the rest of this year and some clips of my Main Lifts from this past training cycle.
- Working up to a 1500# Total then a USPF Master Classification @198BW
- Best progress on Bench and Deadlift this past Training Cycle
- Bench Pressed 375# @ 204BW
- Holding me back is my Squat Volume and Hip/Quad Mobility
- New Training Partner is Killing-it
