First post in our newest video series. We want to give outsiders just a small peak into some of the things we do to train our athletes at The Dirty Gym -- and maybe answer a few "why's" along the way.
This is one of our Sunday AM groups (Tia, Brett, Beau, Coach Tate and Sweet Lou) getting in some Board Pressing and Pin Squats.
We use use Board-Presses for lockout strength and to teach people to strain against heavier weights while using good form in the Bench, just like the Pin-Squats for the Squat.
